Our QCs team remains engaged with factory during production process at each step of sewing and finishing to ensure compliance of all observations/instructions raised during PP meetings and do the inline inspections.
If our QC found any issue then we tell factory to rectify the fault. If fault is more consistent then we stop the sewing line until factory
propose corrective action plan. We engage same QC from PP meeting till end because in this way he has complete knowledge and guide the factory accordingly.
