Factories also engage us to improve their quality control system. We conduct PP meetings and Inline inspections in sewing, finishing and packing and then we share the results with the owners of the factory.
They check and compare our findings with their internal reports of quality department and discuss with their management about our findings and also take necessary steps wherever required to overcome all the issues. Our findings help them to improve the quality of the product.
